I am currently sellingthis character, as I am whittling down my stable of characters further. Here is the character sheet:

Smiknight

A few features...

Can fly: Hulks, Charons, Orcas, Tengus specifically, (and rather well), as well as all racial battlecruisers, cruisers, destroyers and frigates.
He is a Good miner, His standing give him access to Level 4s with Poksu Mineral, can mission very well (He has the standings to do Caldari Navy up to Level 3s and is almost able to do level 4s (Standings 4.78 with Caldari Navy, and even has some decent PvP skills for a change of pace. (I trained them for a just in case scenario!)

Currently located in Jita 4-4

Alright, c'mon people lets keep this going! This is a great character with a great foundation for multiple career paths if so desired.

Hmm thought there was something in the rules about listing items such as implants on the toon while selling it.... not nearly worth the 13 bill especially since half the people in eve have blcoked you for spaming this thread in jita local

Listing on jita a few times a day is not spamming, most people think anything said more than once is spamming. As for listing implants, I am just handing out info pertinent to the character at hand, which is ok per:

7. Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought on the market for ISK.

And the 13 is a decent price, figuring in training time, skill costs and such. It certainly is not a rock solid number, there is a little room for negotiations.
