Selling 8 Low sec pocos, 1 jump from hi sec.

Total they gross around 400-500 mil a month with a tax rate of 5%. Price is 3 Bil which includes all the POCO offices. If you want a 3rd party, you setup and pay for it (Only Chribba/major 3rd party's accepted) .

They haven't been attacked in almost 8 months. Types of moons below:

Lava
Temperate x2
Barren x2
Gas x2
Ice

Tell me why the hell anyone would pay 3B for POCO's when:

1. I can war dec the corp that own the POCO's (i.e your corp) and then set mine for pretty much 0 isk.
2. If i pay 3B for these POCO's they would be detroyed in less than a week, total waste.
3. what if nobody use the planet? total waste.


not trolling you but hey i cant the point of selling POCO's.

Can you provide proof of the 400/500 mill a month? Wallet log screenshots should do.

They are low-sec POCOS. I have blue standings with the local 300 man alliance and haven't been hit in almost a year.

You could say the sme for any asset in Eve. Why buy a 110 bil Titan when you could lose it the next day? Bad logic.

I will message you the wallet API for proof that it is used on an hourly basis if you want.
