Better at mining in hostile space, better at mining gas (kind of a gas mining specialist)

Improvements
Ore hold expanded to 7500m3
+10m3 drone bay
+1 low slot
Interdiction nullified, for delving into truly hostile space to mine! Possibly replace +2 warp core strength if having both would be too powerful. Personally, I think having both would be awesome.

Mining frigate bonus:
5% to mining yield
5% reduction to gas cloud harvesting duration per level

T2 version bonus:
+4% to all shield resistances
+5% reduction to gas cloud harvesting duration per level

Make it so!

Null sub isn't something a miner should have.
Unless it had slow align and no wcs bonus.

As a vessel that's meant to be an entry-point and used until a mining barge can be acquired, it's a waste of time doing a T2 variant of the Venture.

Not really. A T2 Venture that can equip a covert ops cloak would be very useful for ninja mining gas.

What situation is this ship specialized in?

It seems to be just a super Venture.
None of attributes is worse than Venture.

I don't really see a point, T2 ships are meant to specialize in something, and this just feels like a super Venture. Delving deep into "enemy" space isn't really a fitting role for a ship originally designed to be a newbie mining frig. Plus having both bubble nullify and a +2 warp strength sounds more like a ship that would be pretty difficult to catch without some sort of drawback.

If anything I would say make it specialize in Mercoxit, then maybe it might make a bit of sense. But only a bit.
