Stratios bugs?

The following two things are bugs or intended functions:

1 - you cannot fit a cover cyno on a stratios

2 - After you jump in a gate and immediatly warp to another, often if you try to activate the covert ops cloacking device II, it says that needs 10 seconds more due to last cycle of operations: very dangerous!!

As far as I understand:

1) The wording is a little bad on that. It can use the Covert Jump Portal. It can't actually carry a covert Cyno. Also, with that it doesn't mean it can equip it, just that it can use the portal.

2) There is a 30 second delay on the cloak. Assuming you arrived on a gate cloaked, it'll take 30 seconds for you to be able to activate it again, starting from when you decloaked (possible on your jump through it). That also means that if you're flying through a small system, you might actually arrive on the next gate before you can cloak again.

Protip: don't warp instantly after jumping through a gate, hold your jump cloak a little.

So in short, like Abdiel said, both are intended.

There is a reason for 60 seconds of gate cloak.
