Rebalancing Roadmap for 2013-2014

Any chance we could get a roadmap or idea for planned ship rebalancing for 2013-2014? Apparently there's going to be 3 quarterly updates before the next expansion in Winter 2014, so...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

I would expect them to work on Recons, Black Ops and maybe Logistics or covert ops/stealth bombers next? Getting all of the T2 ships out of the way. Then they would start addressing faction ships.

I quess that Black ops, recons, stealh bombers and t2 scanning frigates are next. There will be recons, heavy dictors, logists. Next step - pirate vessels. After - t3 cruisers. Later - capitals

all of above + DST (long overdue) and freighters i think. Taking into account recent events in null sec it is highly probably they will do something with drones and/or carriers/supers.

The recent goings-on with Marauders made Pirate Ships kind of a pretty relevant topic - especially the Machariel. I would expect that they'll be covered sooner rather than later, although maybe not next. If not Black Ops, then CovOps and Bombers are probably next.
