You need send the code using your account management.
No one sends you ISK first.

But you knew that sure, otherwise, that would be scamming, right?

actually i didnt :P just read the forum rules will be sending shortly.

Just tried sending it Via account management and i guess you cant send the new account code like an ETC. Do you know how we can complete this transaction?

A new account code, those are not permitted for sale.
Only ETCs.
