The engine exhaust style we see on the laser-turret fake Sacrilege on the incarna screen. As i see in Sisi, its not the one that will be featured in crucible.

So the question i ask is why was it scrapped? Why was it there (on the login screen) in the first place to begin with originally, if it wasn't even included on incarna?

1. It's not Devoter
2. It's not engine trails but first early iteration of new engine exhaust.
Do you realize there is difference between engine exhaust and engine trails?
3. Login screen scene may include any combinations of models, textures, sprites and sound. This doesn't mean that all stuff is available in the game.

What else you need to know?

I assume we'll get that lovely engine thrust when all the ships have been V3'd and they have the engine heat haze effect.

Bolded: V3 ships currently have this effect in Crucible. It looks great.

Nice post editing skills.
But you failed once again. Ship on Incarna login screen have T2 Maller-class hull model and Khanid V2.5 texture (not Sacrilege!). You will not find this ship in the game, only on login screen.

FFS stop failing trying to find obvious answers to stupid questions and login to Singularity.

This. if you look properly you see it on the engines of all subcap caldari/gallente ships.
