For Jumper(ex. ARK) Mastery V, You need Capital Ship skill.
CAPITAL SHIPS (X14) V

What the... Shocked

OK. Which kind of Jumper need capital ships? Ark? Nomad?

CCP, When did you develop new skill requirement for Jumper?

I like to think of the new "cert" system as Beta: it's just in a testing phase, and a shake-out in in progress. For example, I was flying a ship last night that I've been flying for years, and I looked at the cert thingy: I had a big red X in a couple categories that had zero impact on the drones, weps, or support systems of the ship. Go figure.

Capital ships skill effects the agility of any capital class ship I believe, I would assume that is why it is included.

Please list the non-Captial Jumpers and the Captial Jumpers and tell me which list is larger please.

Capital ships

The operation of capital ships. Grants a 5% bonus per skill level to the agility of ships REQUIRING THE CAPITAL SHIPS SKILL. Can not be trained on Trial Accounts

DOES ANY JUMPER(=Jump Freighter) NEED CAPITAL SHIPS LEVEL 1 or 5?

Well, with EFT 2.20, Capital ships skill does not effect agility of Jumpers. You may check it.

Well that will teach you to be clearer in what you are saying and not assume we all know wtf you are talking about

Jumper to me is either a piece of clothing or all ships that can jump

Personally, I think they should leave a handful of these ISIS idiosyncrasies in.

It's pretty hilarious watching internet space neurotics come apart at the seams because they don't get as many spaceship achievements as they think they deserve.
