Unable to Connect

Hello. I started up the EVE launcher, got a patch file downloaded & installed fine, and a green light on the status of the Tranquility server. However, when I launch the client, I get stopped in the log-in screen with the following message:

"Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."

Emergency server reboot at 12:00. Odds are you logged in just as it was rebooting.

Ah I didn't know, but it looks that way. I was just confused because I had a green light on the server status.
