Hey Guys,

After a few Weeks/Months of Frapsing, I finally got around to making a Video! P

Ships used are Deimos [Don't compare to Guados Please :P] and a Surprises at the end.
Sadly none the fights are extremely long so its more a collection of short enough fights.

Either way I enjoyed the making of it.

Will Appreciate all the comments whether Good or Bad.
Advice will gladly be listened to.

Thanks to all the lads mentioned in the end for helping me.
Thanks to The people who actually solo and not blob everyone.

Fights are excellent! Outnumbered and I didn't see obvious links everywhere (dunno, didn't really pay attention, maybe you had links for the deimos). Marauder footage was cool to see, didn't get dropped by a dread/fleet? Good vid!
Next time try to put some decent music on though, might be just my taste but this doesn't fit eve at all, especially the last one, sounded way too happy for a bastion marauder bashing stuff :P

Cheers for the comments guys :)
Yeah with the music i really didn't know what to put in so I just went with what I found first , hopefully be better with the next one!
Haven't been dropped just yet, but i'm expecting it every time I enter bastion though :P

Awesome stuff mate. Really nice to see some Vargur action.

If I were you, I would probably not put the rattlesnake gank in as the first fight. It was abit boring. Also, the editing could have used a little bit more polishing, but I am a perfectionist when it comes to that. You should let the text stay abit longer as well. Some of it was hard to read in time.

I'm looking forward to see your submission to the contest :)

And stagger your neuts :)

Cheers man!

Really value all those comments guys!
At start I wasn't gonna put the Rattler in at all cause well its not really much PvP but just cause the kill was a bit of a hit in BsB just cause its so bloody hard to catch 'em nowadays :)
Will ofc be working on my Editing skills, especially since Adobe has released those CS2 Packages!

Really appreciate it guys! o7

See this text, right here? Totally readable, right?

So it doesn't need so big as to be filling a HD screen. IDK about you, but I watch such vids fullscreen. P

Micromanagement-wise, I think you don't pay enough attention/fear the cap-training power of your MWD. And use the orbit too much when you are tanking fine & would benefit from best tracking. And pre-heat your tackle if someone's trying to get out of it, by this I'm mainly thinking of that Sac at the end and you not heating your web. He could get enough momentum up before you heat & reactive it that it won't do much before he's just under a long point.
I guess your call to go after the Arazu was a better trade than scrambling the Maelstrom, though it looked a bit odd to see you run from it alone, probably because of the screwed grid & I assume your buddy already had a long point on the recon.

Logan recognised you from this vid on Friday night, but sadly we couldn't 3-way it to save you in time. TBH I think you're lucky you didn't run into neut BSs already, in that area. I really expected at least the Naguton Tempest to neut, not just the Ruppy.

P.S. You might want to source your audio better. There's plenty of Creative Commons stuff out there. Really roughs up the quality to have that 'whoever exclusive mix' clip over things. That or it's a terrible intended part of the 'song'.

Yeah that Friday night was unlucky with dual Geddons, but tbh a single geddon doesn't do muc hat all to the tank well hasn't in the past anyway.

Didn't realise the Writing was too big , only too big one i Can think of is the"NOOOOOOOO" part was just to show how bummed i was i miss timed the overheating(turn off)...

Micromanagement-wise , Yeah I'm still working out how best to do it, still gotta start somewhere yeno? Was first few times flying Deimos Proper and all, well the Orbit is just a really bad habit tbh lol...

Not quiet sure why me and Kin decided not to go for the Maelstrom but I think it was the better choice to go for the Arazu(Incase of Blops Cyno, especially down that way) either way it worked out quiet profitable =)

To The Audio, well tbh it was pretty bad choice, but I was at a stage where I really didn't know what to put in at all =/

Appreciate this comment man, will pay attention more to it now =)

I enjoyed this alot, made it all the way through until the end and left me wanting more! It had a really good energy to it, most likely sparked from the first music track. Good choice there fine sir.

Highlights for me were the demios fights, what a ship. Been using it for years and still its one of my faves, also the varg bastion at the end was a nice edition - although seeing it on the undock of a station somewhat lessened the experience but +1 for using it.

Minor things for me the quick black screens full of text, it might be nicer to just have it on screen as the next clip/fight is starting, they just seemed rushed is all. Another was the first gank of the ratting rattlensnake, I was a bit on the fence about what was to be expected in the coming clips and might have even made people click off at that point. Maybe chuck those ones in at the end :p

All of the above is just my personal preference, I see from the comments already this vid has alot of love :)

All in all great vid, subbed for more +1 all the things.

Appreciate the Heads up man!

Yeah from now on I'm just gonna chuck the Ganks at end and only if they are actually worth it like expensive~.
Deimos is my absolute fav. of all ships I must say, so many different set ups and opportunities.

Few people have said to me about the black screen, will leave that out - first vid and a lot to learn but defo looking forward to it.!

Please, for the love of Jesus, put 800s in your medium cap boosters and use a meta 4 instead of the T2 boosters. Also, use a T2 MWD for your Deimos. Other than that, though, awesome vid.

Mind elaborating why use 800s and a meta one instead of 400s and t2?
I found that since 400s take a lot less space, im able to roam Sov space a lot longer then carrying 10~ 800's.
Could just be personal preference though but appreciate the comment man just curious about it

Sorry, should have elaborated.

You get better cap boosting from 1 800 over 2 400s. For boosters, you need to factor the reload time into your calculations. So if you use the 800s, your total cycle time is 22 seconds (12 second duration and 10 second reload) whereas with 400s, your total cycle time is 34 seconds (2 cycles at 12 seconds each, plus 10 second reload). So the total cap/second is 36.36 for the 800s and 23.52 for the 400s. As far as the volume goes, your boost/m3 is the exact same, so that shouldn't factor into it.

As far as the meta goes, it will sustain heat better and has lower fitting requirements. There are several mods that are like that where the meta 4 is strictly better than the T2 (webs come to mind).

For the T2 MWD, it will hinder your cap less when not running than the meta 4 one will. Since you will be fighting without your MWD on most of the time once you establish point, I would recommend that you use the T2.
