CCP ExeFile has stopped working w/ DirectX11

Just as title says. I can't even get the game to load to character select with DX11 on. I switched launcher to DX9 and it started right up.

2 questions:

Does your OS support dx11 :I assume that is yes:

Does your video card support dx11?
