Brilliance. Except there isn't enough room on my desk for another 27" monitor... might need another gcard to power it, and uh, subbing another account so... lots of $$$ involved there, but...

I agree, the new character select screen is pretty awesome.

I'm glad you guys spent the time on it. Although its something we only see for a short time when we log in, its the small things that make a game feel polished.

Job well done. CCP. The color scheme is outstanding and very vibrant. Take your Graphic Artist(s) out to lunch because they deserve it.

I get all the info i need on one screen now without having to log into certain characters and an account.

The graphics, skill queue and account expiry information are all excellent. The ship you are currently in and the ship graphic is a bonus.

I like the layout and the fact you can choose a character directly instead of "loading" one.

Plus the log in transition is wicked fast compared to the old.

It's really awesome, but there's more:

If you go to options->click "enable audio" (it makes EVE have sound) ->turn up the music you'll be treated to an awesome new opening theme!

...Dear Devs, please release this as a file for download? Pretty please? Or... I don't know, we'll pour Jager into our fuel bay and hotdrop you in Polaris? (unless it's already floating somewhere and I'm bad)

The only thing I wish we could do is reorder the characters. On this account the center slot is a faceless holdover from my first trial of EVE who I keep only for posterity.

Meanwhile Handsome McBeautiful is shoved over to the left.

I dare you to come up with a more trifling concern than this.

Is there any way things could be reworked so that the name of the skill currently training doesn't overlap with the time remaining making both unreadable?

Again, I will say it like when you introduced the radial menu in Odyssey, the new logo screen doesn't suit the game UI and it looks like cut and paste from another game. I wish we have the ability (feature?) to turn the game UI to look like the new character selection screen :(

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

Where is the indicator that tells you how many days you have left on your sub?

I thought I saw a video with CCP where they showed it in the upper left hand corner but I don't see it.... was it moved?

Very shiney but also gives more function to the login screen.
Now if you could let us log out of a char, without logging off that would be awesome.

It only shows up when you have less than X time left on your account. I recall that X might be a week, but I'm not sure.

It only shows if your account is payed for by PLEX or ETC (I'm pretty sure I did say that in the stream, but if not, I'm sorry)
