Can't download the rubicon update

I can't get my launcher to load or to download the new expansion.

I tried the repair tool which also failed and told me to look in the launcher.exe.log file for the reason for the fail.

When I opened the log file, this is what was on the last two lines:

File "requests\packages\urllib3\fields.pyo", line 7, in module
ImportError: No module named email.utils

Does anyone know a fix for this?

I'll also email the issue to ccp, but I thought maybe someone on here might know a fix that doesn't involve waiting for an email reply.

The easiest fix is for you to download and install the latest version of the launcher. You can find it here.
