Problems connecting to TQ

After the new patch im having lots of problems connecting to TQ.

Most of the time when i try to log in its trying to connect to the server and i get a pop up window saying: "Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."

This happens 90% of the time, every now and then i can connect.

When i try to ping 87.237.38.200 i just get a request timed out.

I have deleted all firewall rules for eve and made new, i have checked that the router dosent block it. i have added rules in my anti virus.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Everything worked fine yesterday.
