Everything looks blue while on DX11 mode

So when running the game on DX11 mode, everything including ships, environment, etc looks bluish and dark and darker colours become hard to distinguish from each other, switching to DX9 completely fixed the issue.

Using Geforce GT 650 with 320.49 drivers btw.

Can you file a bug report, please? Use the ingame bug reporting (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Bug_reporting#Report_Bug_ingame_tool) and attach a screenshot. This way we can see the effect and get the relevant info on your machine and settings.

So it's been long enough since the introduction of dx11 with rubicon now, Im still having the same issue, everything appears blue or mixed with blue...I submitted a bug report too CCP Snorlax at that time...also I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version and ever since Im having huge frame rate drops too like everything running at 10-15 frame rates while I have no problem running latest games like assassin creed IV and nfs rivals on high settings...It's safe to say the day the dx9 option is removed is the day Im canceling my subscription.

Strangely using the PrtScn key on keyboard to take an in-game screenie while on DX11 mode and pasting it in paint returns a complete black screen in paint...yes all black, not sure why windows is seeing it this way but I wont be able to take a screenshot this way, I may have to take screenshots with my mobile phone...anyway this clearly shows there are major incompatibly issues with this mode and I've played lots of Dx11 games with no issues.
