I am pretty i am not the only thats just dont use the launcher (only for updates), insteed we use a shortcut to exefile.exe, and i found is just the same as before, can we get some nice Rubicon shiny login screen plz ? thanks.

Quite possibly trolling, no productive posts, I'm completely sure a search would have yielded plenty of CCP commentary on the matter. Is bumping even allowed in F&I?

No, bumping is not allowed in F&ID. Also, if you for any reason choose to circumvent the official tool (i.e. the launcher) to start the EvE client, do not expect every aspect of it to be top notch.

As this is neither a proposal for a feature, nor a new idea, this thread gets a lock.
