Launcher is empty?

I *think* I managed to finally patch my game after some difficulty, but now everytime I start the launcher it....kinda seems to not load fully or something.

Here is an image of what I'm looking at.

The launcher hangs there and nothing else loads on it. I've tried the repair tool and restarting my computer but nothing seems to be working. Is anyone else having this problem?

Oh wow, that looks odd. Have you tried reinstalling the launcher from http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_655130.exe?
