What is she wearing? Is this a new item? Maybe I'm just blind but I can't find it anywhere.

Is it race-specific clothing?

Either way I'm excited to see something new.

Not only is the shirt not available, I found it impossible to create a good likeness of the girl wearing it.

That's a shoulder piece associated to a unreleased catsuit that was temporally available at Sisi on May 2012.

I can see the reason why ccp wouldnt want to release this, peeps would spend all their time in the character editor and not ingame.
