o/ npc bounty split

how does npc bounty split works. does it get split even to every one on grid even none fleeted members.

for example if your in belt and kill a npc rat would people mining get the bounty as well who are not in your fleet

@OP, if i understand your question, its simple: final shot = kill = bounty. No fleet, no split. Go forth and kill angel thugs with reckless abandon!

they intend to start drama since one of their buds was banned for personal attacks. me being called sand ****** etc etc . no worries. I am us citizen and serve in US Air force. but people still find ways to be who they cant help but be :) regardless. I have tested the bounty split thing and I am left with weird results. if your in same fleet you get equal share. if drones agress you and your not same fleet you get small share. and if you shoot a player who is shooting npc you get isk. from npc being killed. but nithing seems to be given to a person in sb who is on grid and not in fleet which im glad about
