Looking for a character, positive wallet, no kill rights and positive sec status.

Skills distributed with pve focus in shields/missiles.


Core skills, cybernetics 5 are a plus.

Can fly golem.

Well, this character isn't exactly what you're looking for, but he has the skills for Golem, Vargur, and Paladin (with shield and armor tanking skills). He also has proper PvP capabilities, scanning, and the ability to fly the Nightmare and Bhaalgorn if you're looking to do Incursions as well. He has a HG Crystal 1-5 focusing more on missile hardwirings as well.
