Dear CCP, question in regards of the Rubicon patch notes

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong section of the forum, it seemed to fit here the most.

I was reading through the rubicon patch notes and saw no mention of the changes to the Command Ship hulls, were these forgotten or delayed until another patch within the expansion? (Not that I want the hulls changed mind you, quite like the nighthawk how it is but curious none the less)

I was just reading through the patch notes for the Rubicon expansion and I could find any note about the cycle time of the target painter.
I seem to remember soeing sometihng in relation to the marauder rebalance that the cycle time of target painters would be changed to 5 seconds or so.
Is this still in the expansion or has it been taken out?

i was hoping they where not going to be changed, as they are fine right now, and the news looks ugh, wishing to untrain command ships lvl 5

It is less about "how the command ship looks". For producers, this is a major change which forces us to get a second BPO and research it. For a game with a so called player driven economy, you make such changes a bit too lightly for my taste...

(On the positive side, this could be the first release since quite a while when you did not artificially increase ship prices. Thanks for that.)

False, I read the patch notes from logging on before joining up with the RVB guys so essentially it was Mangal that lead to this

If you are still around, quick question, will this also affect invention... ie if you want to invent a nighthawk you have to do so from a drake bpc instead of a ferox bpc?
