Well why would there be specified usage? No other ship has it specified afaik... Cover Ops Cloak = you can

I believe that is supposed to mean "Use Covert Jump Portals" or "Use Covert Cynosural Field Generator," since afaik it can do both.

Have you tested that it can fit and activate a Covert Cyno? I don't have the SP to test it currently, but they mentioned some time ago that it wasn't going to be able to do that so...

because people are idiots and kept asking it as soon as the news it could use a cloak was released.
