Seems to me the OP stated they have an alt in the corp that owns the POS and verified their standings.

I've seen this issue come up before. A pilot in an alts alliance was killed by an alliance tower that had proper settings for alliance and blue usage.

If I recall, CCP ignored him as well.

$hit happens, skynet POSes are as old as EVE itself. Usually the policy (at least in the CFC) is to have the POS owner reimburse you. Although asking for 50M reimbursement will probably just get you laughed at.

Thing is, OP's case wasn't a skynet POS. The GM clearly stated that the corporation didn't have the OP set blue, regardless of what he/she might think.

because there's no actual indication of what tbm is actually caring about.

And there we have it. Stating "obviously you care" is indeed correct in a general way,
but that doesn't at all mean that tbm is caring about the OP or 50 million isk,
which was what you were getting at.
