blops are generally piloted by cloak pussies. nobody really cares about them, which is as it should be.

Because they are utility driven, kind of like the mauraders so its hard making them have good mainstream abilities as well as good utilities.

Think of hybrids having range, so we get worse stats in other areas. Just flying a hybrid type BS around with black ops.

In my opinion, blackops BS should get larger fuel bays and slightly better jump range, but not a boost to their combat capabilities (they perform fine in that regard)
