Launcher Downloading Wrong Patch

Yeah pretty much as the title says.
After it patches and I launch the game, it just sits at the black screen of doom.

Oh and another thing, I can't make it stop doing this. Even after a reinstall of Eve, the next time I open the launcher, it forces this update again.

So what gives? Anyone else have/had this issue?

Oh and another thing, I've tried the repair tool and it doesn't help.

No one at any time has had issues with the launcher, ever.

It's not an issue with a bad install, CCP released the DirextX 11 settings that are currently on the test server to the live server in a recent patch. Go to Launcher Settings --> DirectX Settings tab, change the setting from DX11 to DX9. Should fix your issue.

The latest version on SiSi.

Keep in mind this is a fresh installation of Eve.
