Is it possible to fetch finished contracts list of not mine character, with Eve API?

I run a business using contracts (not this character ofc) and I have a competition. I know only their character names. I would like to create / have an out of game tool which would inform me that these characters completed a contract recently.
Basically this would be same info like ingame:
Character -> Show Info -> Show Contracts
If solution exists, please give sample query in Eve API. ThanksBig smile

AFAIK this isn't possible. The contract API pages I know all require authentication.
