ArrowPERFECT refining skills
ArrowTrading skills at least IV
ArrowPlanetary interaction at least IV (CCU V)

Bonuses (i can pay more if)

ArrowJump freighter starter pilot
ArrowGood standings with amarr

what i dont need

ArrowIndustrial skills
ArrowMining skills
ArrowPVE skills
ArrowPvP skills


I have 8B budget, nothing more, except for the bonuses.
Show me your toons here, eve mail or convo me.
I have the isk ready to go and looking for a fast sale (please no time wasters) as i need a rush.

Not on point with what you looking for but has awesome trade skills + standings with Caldari Navy (Jita trader) and 10 days from Charon (freighter).

You might be better off getting something similar to this and training it for your skills for 2 months.
