Random Ice belt sites

Hello everyone I was wondering would it be possible to add random ice belts into the univers. we have randome ore belts show up all the time.

ATM only in systems marked for spawning ice belts

I completely support the idea of random ice belts in random systems. I'd prefer it rather than having them designated.
