sorry my friend but that against the ccp Forum rules.


We closed a deal and you accepted my buy out offer. You had more than 2 days my money and now you thing you can give my my money back and everything is fine? No my friend. We had a deal, you accepted my offer and now you must give me this character .... thats realy quite easy....

That's not how it works.

Please see Rule 19. I think you'll find that's exactly what's happened here. The seller is obliged to either return the isk or transfer the character, in this case your isk has been returned. Underlining and emboldening your rant won't help.

If you're going to wave rules around, please ensure that they're legitimate.

Rule 19 says:

19.The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer.


But he/she completed the deal with accepting ym buy out offer. Just imagine everyone would be closed for a contract, change his mind and then explain in hindsight the agreement invalid

I agree with Stelliya, so what anyone can "borrow" 40-50bil isk, maybe invest it with a 10 percent return and give it back with a 5bil profit? That's illegal and unfair. (and entirely possible)
