CCP are looking for new UI designers - Is the terrible UI finally going to get fixed?

The listing is for a senior UI designer. Let's hope they've called it a day on their lead designer(s) and are bringing in a new set of eyes. Not that I hope for anyone to lose their job, but let's be honest here: The current UI team has failed miserably.

The UI is much improved compared with some years ago.

But, yes, it could be considerably better.

If it takes you 10 years to come this far you are doing something wrong.
The problem is though that most people are already used to the current UI as it is now and any real big change ( even when its a good one ) might not be that much liked by the community.
