Looking to buy a well focused Proteus Pilot. No particular amount of SP, but it must be able to fit a full T2 Proteus for PvE and PvP. Also having Covert Ops lvl 4 is a good plus.

Not looking for any wasted SP, this pilot will be used primarily for PvP.
