I am looking for:

1. Recon Pilot (the more options the better, this is priority)
2. T3 Pilot (Prot/Loki preferred, Tengu/Legion not needed)
3. Dic/HIC is a bonus but not priority
4. Destroyers V and BC V all races is a bonus and not required
5. Bomber/Interceptor is lowest priority

I am willing to spend 20billion give or take depending on how many of the roles I need are fulfilled and how well. I have ISK on hand and ready to send once I find the right character so I would like to make this move fast once I find the right character, but until then I will take my time looking for a fair deal/offer.
