POS equipment, able to produce in a POS array

Using various arrays you can build 99% of stuff within a POS.

However, when it comes to basic POS equipment, for example hangars, towers, hardeners etc, its impossible to build them at a POS, (can only be built within stations).

In keeping with all the other modules / equipment / arrays etc and in line with players being self sufficient / PI production in wormholes - can consideration be given to having an array which you are able to produce POS equipment within. Alternatively can one of the existing arrays - ie the equipment array or component array be amended so that it can produce POS equipment?
