To reiterate what was mentioned in an edit in the OP:

CCP didn't just reimburse the lost SP; they completely reversed the kills. All of the pod kills have been removed from the combat logs of the participating escrow agents. However, there is proof that the kills existed at one point in the form of many corpses which still exist on TQ and all of the capsule losses API verified on Battleclinic.

CCP removed kills/losses from the game. If you are not upset by this, you should probably be playing a different game.

Also, Erotica 1 for CSM!

If my account got hijacked and the idiot generated tens of killmails for the amusement of some ass hats, I'd expect CCP to protect me too!

Until there is proof it wasn't a hijacked account GTFO.

If Erotica has proof and is discussing proof for all to hear.....then its not a rumor...its a fact.

CCP is locking factual threads now because their inconvenient?

ISD's have been locking all threads that Ero has made in the last few days constantly under false pretenses, such as spam.
One might even come to the conclusion that CCP is attempting to silence the dissenting voice.

No, a not so stealth anti witch hunt post. Lynch mobs are not going to create a fair game. If to do anything requires massive popular vote you end up with even worse favouritism, so Ero is actually creating exactly what they claim to hate, and they are smart enough to know what they are doing as well.
There are proper procedures. Use them.
