reactivating an acct using PLEX

so i have an acct i use plexs to keep going but i accidently missed it and now i've got the isks to get a plex to reactivate it. how do i actually go about it. I have the plex on this acct can i get a short time for my other acct to trasfer the plex to it to use it?

Log in to the account management page of your expired account and activate option "Hours for PLEX" You will have that account active for 4 hours so you can transfer a PLEX to it and reactivate.

Be warned that if those 4 hours expire and you still don't reactivate account, "Hours for PLEX" option will not be automatically available to you in the future unless you create a petition.

The first thing i'll do is transfer money to buy the plex so i won't let the 4 hours expire
