Sorry to tell you, but your plan won't work.
1. You have to open the post with the char being sold (Shas Viorla)
2. The ISK also has to go to Shas Viorla, so this means when the buyer sends the ISK the ISK will be used up to compensate the negative wallet and there will be no ISK left that would be your "profit". So to get any ISK out of the sale at all you would need to get 5,8B to compensate negative wallet + 1,2B for paying the transfer + x which is the money you keep.
So your Buyout of 7B would mean you get about 0 ISK and lose your character, not worth it at all right?

You do realize that this sale is violating rules #1 and #4 right?

And with that much negative isk nobody is going to buy this. It's just not worth it.
