Reasons For Strange & Weird Things Happening In New Eden:

Science Tests and Experiments with The Serpentis's Shady New Drug caused by the Yukari / Jovians fooling around again because It's a GoonSwarm Federation / Mittani Shrine Conspiracy and the reason for that is that Kuvakei's experiment has gone wrong. you see, Jamyl Sarum is testing her new gadget while Sansha is manipulating the subconscious of the people who are under CONCORD's power. the reason for that is that Jacus Roden was bored and decided to make weird changes to Duvolle Labs covops-cloaky thing. But little do they know that actually It's Scotty in disguise which means the Minmatar broke something.
So it happens that The New Order is at it again which is a result of when CCP is fooling around.
This whole shitstorm is just because Sarum is reading a new Pax Ammaria book, right after Tuxford pressed that button / flipped something that released the Aliens! and now CCP Devs' Magic (ban)hammer must be used because It is the will of BoB.

And all this BECAUSE OF FALCON
