CCP EXEFILE has stopped working

i loaded up my client and was logged in, then decided to switch to my alt, so i logged out and got this message

the client crashed, and now it has that message every time i try to start eve

ok, its working now

the client started up and said there was a client patch, so i updated, and when everything loaded all my graphic settings were on low, so i reset to optimal (quality) and everything is back to normal
