Anom systems to test fits

This may have been brought up before but search yielded no results. Are there systems on SiSi with anoms so we can test fits?

If not can CCP please add them? you seed the markets with hundreds of thousands of items on SiSi to try out different fits, but there are no anoms to test them in because there is no sov.

Perhaps one system in each region that spawns all of that pirate faction's anoms?

Anomalies spawn on Sisi just like on TQ. Go out, explore an entire region, you will find what you are looking for.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Those are cosmic signatures, Anomalies only spawn if an alliance has sov and the military index is high enough to get havens, sanctums, and hubs

Military index allows for upgrades to make them spawn more frequently, that does not mean that without they will not spawn.

Who wants to fly around an entire region to find an anom, SiSi is supposed to be for testing stuff not exploring.

SiSi is there for testing CCPs stuff/changes, not for testing YOUR fit.

When incursions came out, they were available in systems close by to test.

Why the hell can't I test MY fit on SiSi? My fit is the new marauder changes so it is CCP's changes I'm trying to test. Hard to do when there isn't anything to test it on. Don't say belt rats, anything can tank and kill 2 BS rats in a belt.
