Leadership Boost info in fleet

It would be awesome to have a way to see what boost are being applied in Fleet.

For example, if I keep my mouse over SQ it will show what he's boosting something or if its just passing boost.

If you put the move over WC in Fleet Window, shows:
%20 Armored Warfare Link - Damage Control
%10 Armored Warfare Link - Rapid Repair

FC:
%10 Skirmish Warfare Link - Interdiction Maneuvers
%15 Skirmish Warfare Link - Evasive Maneuvers

Or tbh any other way to see which boost and how much are being applied.

And if the Features and ideas Discussion would have more than one page that people could read would almost stop people having the same idea every two days over and over again.
