This is a close range fit that I have used with some effectiveness.

Stats (with all level 5 skills):
- moves at ~1400 m/sec
- has ~8000 ehp
- capacitor power is stable at ~45%
- deals ~210 dps @ ~11km (~140 dps @ ~20km using Javelin Rockets)

At scram-web range the Thrasher and Algos are just plain better though... both pumping out close to 350 to 400 dps with 8 to 10k ehp tanks.
However I have found the Corax to be quite effective in "running fights" where you have some range superiority. Just soften things up before they catch you and then overload when they do.

Use your dual webs to hold them at the edge of scram range and slow enough that your rage rockets hit for full damage. Hopefully they won't imagine that you are Armour fit and so won't try to exploit your Explosive resist hole.

Needs a 3% PG implant to fit.

Less DPS on paper however you can use ranges on literally everything other than like, a linked AB Dram. That fit is good, I usually drop the trimark for damage but that varies on preference I guess, also afaik if you drop to a Meta plate you can fit an MWD.

It is. Compared to the other brawling dessies, Thrasher, Algos, Coercer, it gets smashed. The only reason it beats the Corm/Catalyst is their lack of low/mid slots. (And I'm sure the other dessies will beat them with a larger margin)

Missiles need to go hand in hand with speed, and the Corax has 0 speed.
