How long are petition queues these days?

I suggest that you follow best practice:

a) Form a friendship with CCP devs.

b) Acquire skype contact details for said devs.

c) Bypass petition queues entirely by having a direct route for resolving your queries.

Not sure if this premium service is available to all eve players but it is definitely an option for some.

Funny you should mention that. The corporation I was in contact with - which has methods very similar to what you're suggesting in your post - offered to "guide [me] through the process of contacting CCP's community team". What they told me the process was, was basically "file a petition". They are skyping their way through this, while I'm stuck waiting in a petition queue for a month.

Depends on the issue.

I have had two tickets recently and all were taken care very quickly. One in less than 24h and the other in 2 days time or so. I guess your problem is very complicated. I

CCP's default action when it comes to The-Corp-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named seems to be to completely ignore it and hope the player(s) will forget.

Well as long as they're sitting on my 16B, I won't forget.

So you gave your money to an ISK doubler and have petitioned CCP cause they didn't give it back? I thought scamming was part of this game.

However long it takes to copy paste "The logs show nothing".

I can't believe people still petition!

Do not assume anything above this line was typed by me. Nerf the Truth, it's inconvenient.

Scamming most definately is part of this game. In this case though it involves scamming in a CCP-endorsed event by an organisation described by a CCP employee as "trustworthy and reliable", with that employee also mentioning that if any scam occured "we will react accordingly". So far, no reaction though.

Passed the one month mark now. Good news is petitions don't time out after a month with no reply (they do time out if the user does not reply, is there timer on CCP replies?).
