Just looking for a toon that can run lvl 4 missions.. Don't care about race, male or female, or shitzy name.. Just needs to be able to make me isk..

Budget is 1.5 bill.. I don't have any more so please don't post toons that are more

No one will sell a char for 1.5 bil as the transfer cost is 2 plex, or 1.2 bil currently. No one is going to take a measly 300m profit on a character.

You don't understand. In order to transfer the character, the seller must give up 2 plex. They're basically paying CCP 1.2b in plex in order to take 1.5b from you. No one will sell a character for 300m profit, much less anything that could do L4s.

You have no idea what your talking about. You can xfer a toon for $20.. You don't have to use 2 plexes, that's just an option.. Before you try to troll on someone's thread you may want to do your homework.

Haha, you dont seem to understand that anyone in their right mind would take that same $20 you are referring to and BUY a GTC with it, then convert that to a PLEX and sell it. They would have 600m ISK and dont need to sell the toon to you for a 300m loss.

So - spend $20, keep the toon AND get 600m or spend $35 on two plexes, transfer the toon and make 300m 'profit'. This is not rocket science.

Dont hate on people that are trying to point out the error of judgement that you are making, it just makes you seem rude as well as ignorant.

You guys can justify your own thoughts but it's very simple.. Spend 1.2 bill to transfer or spend $20 usd to transfer..
