This Character gives Maximum Tengu boosting with:

Warfare Link Spec 5
Caldari Defensive System 5
Siege Warfare Spec 5
also has Skirm warfare spec allowing the use of up to 5 ganglink mods (siege and skirm) on your Tengu.

He currently has a Siege Warfare Mindlink Implant.

+5 Charisma implant
+5 Willpower implant
Genolution Implant 1
Genolution Implant 2
+3 Memory Implant

This character also has BC5 all races and is about 10 Days from Command Ships which would then allow him to fly all Command Ship Boosters.

With 15m+ SP I would sell him for 8b but only if you have the isk ready and want to buy within the next 24 hours.

Honky Lips is currently ranked #55 for all time most efficiently trained characters on EveBoard.
