What is the best solo pvp interceptor out atm?

with the current changes coming with rubicon, I am curious as to what frigate hull, will be the best, most well rounded, and most equipped for solo pvp regardless of what you come up against, and what reasons you think so. I am thinking it will be the taranis for the raw dmg output and the slot layout, allowing alot of freedom with the midslots to control the situation. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Mmmmm 'dat Crusader. Also arty-Claw be very good. Ranis stays somewhat the same, and ummmm lets just say the Crow's going to be a little OP...

Crow. It's basically going to be a better Condor so prepare for linked, snaked Crows orbiting @ 40km at speeds high enough to basically be immune to everything while damping/tding you.

now if i we could just tackle at 40km that would be nice for solo. Sounds wicked for a roaming gang doctrine though.
