Soft crash during jumps and long undock

Experiencing pretty much what the title says.

When jumping I have the jump 'warp' effect repeating multiple times usually 20-30 seconds, then once I arrive in system emergency warp kicks in. Oddly I can cancel the warp but it freezes the warp acceleration then cancels it, its making low sec travel almost impossible. Also undocking is extremely slow.

I've ran the repair tool and nothing has changed. Anyone know what I could try?
