Need some help with an Eve RP board

Hi everyone. I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this inquiry. But I did look through the board to find an appropriate location and found none. So if this needs to be moved let me know.

Anyways I have recently began work on an Eve based Role Playing forum. Something I found little of on the internet. I am needing some help though. First and foremost I was hoping there was someone here with graphics experience that can help me to design a banner for the board. Second I will be needing some people that are interested in a place for Eve text-based role playing to help get it off the ground. Anyone interested please PM me and I'll get back to you.

The problem with that forum is that it is an in-character RP forum. Not someplace where I can make an OOC inquiry. Neither am I looking for a place to RP, but looking for some people that might want to help established a dedicated RP community.
