Anyone know if there will be any changes to any skills in the upcoming Rubicon expansion?

particularly interested in skills being split into racial versions:

e.g. interdictors ----into---> amarr interdictors, gallente interdictors... etc.

I've never seen any indication that CCP plans on ever splitting any of the T2 ship skills. The only upcoming skill-related change I know of is the turret weapon skills' removal of requirements for the smaller sizes. But for some reason I can't find the thread for that at the moment.

There is a new skill in the Trade category called 'Customs Code Expertise'. It reduces some costs pertaining to the PI customs offices, no idea about the details though.

Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene V - Moon 4 - Duvolle Labs Factory. Hybrid charges, Projectile ammo, Missiles, Drones, Ships, Need'em? We have'em, at affordable prices. Pop in at our Ammo Shop in sunny Alentene.

You can read about it in this Dev blog, under the header Gunnery Tiericide

You can read about the juicy details in this other Dev blog (about halfway down) un the header New Skill: Customs Code Expertise.

Apart from the above, I have also removed some rule breaking posts and hos quoting them.

The rules:
5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.

The lame thing in the gunnery link is the removal of starter certificates.

I enjoy having them public, as they reflect my Gurista training.

It is also a nice feature to help give new players a goal if they can not find one on their own.

It's a loss for no good reason. Such a shame.
