I would be tempted to buy this character but the fact that he is a known scammer with a significant bounty on his head adds considerable complications. Could you offer any sort of discount to counter these negatives?

Edit - I see you only paid 5bil for him 9 days ago. With the scamming history you have added I think a reasonable price now would be something like 3bil, so I'll bid that.
