Every time I launch scan probes I get the message:

"There are not enough charges to fully load all of your modules. Some of your modules have been left partially loaded or empty."

I am launching 8 probes and they all seem to be working. Erroneous error message or am I missing something?

You get that same message any time you unload something, without any remaining charges in your cargo.

Maybe if you had a launcher load of probes in cargo you wouldn't get that message.
Might try that.

Basically ^that.

It's an annoying message because I *know* all my probes are in the launcher but CCP handholding in a dark, harsh universe...

You always buy 16 probes.. NOT 8

8 in the launcher and 8 in your cargo.
